So Come with the best Gangsta Outfit You can Come up with….. non member’s May be thinking this is unfair.. So let’s make it fair! You are only aloud To wear Non member item’s! I know it may Be hard.. But i bet you can come up with something The Penguin with the Best Gangsta Costume (Must be non member Outfit) I will add… I will try to have Up to 5 Winner’s If you Are not the 5 Winner’s Don’t be sad! I will also Bring my Other penguin Apgtv (Which i will add everyone with)  And.. I will be recording for APGTV Episode 5! So everyone who come’s Will be Seen on youtube ..
